Police Accountability Community Task Force (PACT)
Help educate the Raleigh community about the importance of local elected officials in holding police accountable through voting and beyond at Art Speak at Imurj, 300 McDowell St. in Raleigh.

Participate in letter writing with many faith communities to urge Congress to make funding decisions to help our country and the world end hunger by 2030.

Shelve food donations at Urban Ministries
Urban Ministries’ food pantry provides a week’s groceries to as many as 50 families each weekday. Meet at UUFR at 1:45 to carpool.

Provide food and/or prepare the lunches and deliver them to an apartment complex in Durham. Intergenerational. Bring the family!

Volunteers pack grocery bags full of fresh produce and healthy snacks and deliver to a senior housing community. Intergenerational. Great for the family!

Host a woman from the Helen Wright Center for lunch at K&W Cafeteria in Cameron Village. Each host pays for herself and a guest’s lunch.

UUFR’s Booth at PRIDE 2017 Street Festival
UUFR is having a booth and we need volunteers to staff the table in 2-hour shifts from 2:30 p.m. setup till 8:30 p.m. teardown. There will be music, food, and fun! Come work for a couple of hours and enjoy the festival.
