Campaign Nonviolence NC invites everyone to connect the dots between war, poverty, and the climate crisis—and then to connect the dots between individuals, campaigns and movements that have often been working separately for peace, economic equality, and eco-justice. The governor has signed a Proclamation declaring it Campaign Nonviolence NC Week. Throughout the week, Campaign Nonviolence NC will hold daily programs on a variety of issues. A Prayer Vigil will be held on September 21st which is the International Day of Peace. The week will begin with Laura Ridgeway performing at Holy Trinity’s Common Grounds. Coffee House on the 15th. Everyone is welcomed to attend all events.
