Wake County Board of Commissioners Candidate Forum 

Tuesday, October 16, 7:00-9:00 p.m. in UUFR Sanctuary 

Come and listen to the candidates answer questions. You will have the opportunity to ask your own. This is a public event to be held at UUFR. All seven commissioner districts are on YOUR ballot because all are elected county-wide so take this opportunity to decide how you will vote on these races. Sponsored by the League of Women Voters of Wake County along with their coalition partners and your Voter Advocacy team.

Voter Registration Privacy 
Do you want to register to vote but don’t want to make your address public record? It may be helpful to know if you move to escape abuse, you can join the North Carolina Address Confidentiality Program and have your first-class mail sent to a substitute address chosen by the Attorney General’s office. Your first class mail will be forwarded to you and your new address will be kept secret. You can also use the substitute address to register to vote, get a driver license, or sign up for utilities like water and electricity.
