The Wi$dom Path (5 consecutive weeks) – Explore your attitudes and experiences with money. Explore economic and social justice issues and the ways money connects us with others.
Beginning January 9
Reaching Across the Political Divide (2 consecutive weeks) – Talk with people from across the political divide and learn why it’s important to understand and engage with the political “other.” RSVP’s recommended.
Self-Esteem (4 consecutive weeks) – Work on your self-esteem, exploring mindfulness, meditation, contemplation, journal writing, and affirmations.
Beginning January 23:
Introduction to the Bible (6 consecutive weeks): Learn about Jewish and Christian scripture, why they’re important, and their significance to UUs.
Beginning February 6:
Social Justice and UUFR (4 consecutive weeks): Four weeks focusing on hunger and poverty in our community; refugee resettlement issues; and anti-racism efforts.
World Religions (4 consecutive weeks): Overview and discussion of religions around the world.
We’ll also continue our one-night programs: Theology Book Club; Reducing Childhood Gun Deaths; Harry Potter; Dungeons & Dragons, plus games in Founders Hall.
