Activist Kate Fellman helped found YouCanVote in Durham in 2014 after more than a decade of voter advocacy. Kate has a passion for education, having grown up in Minnesota as the child of two teachers. She received her B.S. from Metropolitan State University in St. Paul and held several Twin Cities area jobs before moving to North Carolina.
