Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) at UUFR

UUFR is part of an exciting new CSA that supports farmers of color in our area. As of 1/15/21 a limited number of shares are still available. Payment will be due by February 1. The cost for the spring season is $250/share. This ‘buys’ 8 weeks of freshly picked produce, typically enough for a family of four. Half shares are available for $125. Supporting this special CSA is a great way to live our values…particularly those in the area of Environmental Justice, Racial Justice and Food Security.

If you have questions or are interested in purchasing a share, please contact Donna Doran at [email protected] There will be a cap on the number of shares available for the initial 8 week spring season. If there is more interest at UUFR than available shares, we’ll work out a lottery system for the first season. The farmers we will be working with practice regenerative farming and are certified Naturally Grown. For information, see Looking forward to a spring filled with fresh produce!
