Non-perishable foods for Urban Ministries Food Pantry may be left in the cabinets at the lower level entrance of Fellowship Hall before or after Sunday’s service. The Food Pantry currently is in need of beans, pasta sauce (no glass), cooking oil, rice, low-sugar cereals, and canned meats–tuna, chicken, etc. The food pantry is an integral part of services to Wake County families in need by providing a week’s worth of groceries to more than 30,000 people each year. Re-purposed used egg cartons and produce baskets also are needed. Please consider Urban Ministries Food Pantry when shopping. Thank you for your continued support. If you are interested in volunteering for the Food Pantry, please contact Jude Oliveri-Burde.
