A special Father’s Day worship service on Sunday, June 19th, will feature men’s reflections on the mentors who’ve had a positive impact on their lives: a father, a brother, a teacher, an uncle, a co-worker, a doctor, a coach, a counselor, a friend, or anyone from any walk of life that’s intersected with yours. Maybe they made a decision, took a stand or provided an example that made a difference to you. Maybe they shared a poem, a turn of phrase, or a lesson on life that has stuck with you. Adults and youth are invited to share their reflections for our Father’s Day service! There are two ways to participate: make a short video of yourself using a cell phone camera, or share a live reflection during the service itself. Worship associate David Potorti will be happy to work with you on making the video or gathering your thoughts for a personal reflection. Email him at David Potorti. Deadline for submitting your remarks is Sunday, June 12th.
