Unitarian Universalist Community of Central North Carolina. This newly forming group is open to UU congregations located in central North Carolina. The group undertakes concerted actions to promote Unitarian Universalism in this area. UUFR representatives are This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. UCONCI (Universalist Convention of North Carolina, Inc) and Shelter Neck Camp. This historic community of Universalist congregations is among the oldest UU organizations in the south. The Shelter Neck Camp is available for use by UU groups

Southeast Unitarian Universalist Summer Institute. SUUSI is an intentional community of approximately 1,000 people of all ages who gather annually for a week in mid-July in Radford, Virginia. There, we explore our interconnectedness, learn new ways of seeing our world and each other, delight in the joys of meeting old friends and making new ones, share outdoor adventures, dance, and sing.

Thomas Jefferson District (TJD). One of 20 districts in the UUA, the TJD collaborates with congregational leaders to strengthen congregations and expand the presence of Unitarian Universalism in the five-state region of North and South Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee, and Virginia. More than 10,000 adults and 3,000 children and youth Unitarian Universalists are represented in this region. The district holds an annual meeting and presents many other programs, in which UUFR actively participates.

The Unitarian Universalist Association of Congregations (UUA). As the national organization of the more than 1,000 Unitarian Universalist congregations, the UUA helps UU individuals and groups connect with each other beyond their congregation's walls. The annual General Assembly, held during the last week of June, brings thousands of UUs together to conduct denominational business, adopt actions of social witness, and meet and make friends across the country. Members of our congregation attend GA as delegates representing UUFR.

Partner Church in Iszlo, Romania. UUFR has a partner relationship with the Unitarian church in the small village of Iszlo, Romania. Iszlo is located in Transylvania, a historically Hungarian-speaking area which traces its Unitarian roots back to the time of the Protestant Reformation.
