1. We have begun drive-in worship services. We will continue to  livestream our worship services on YouTube. This is an additional option for people who want to participate in our worship services in a different way.
  2. UUFR members, friends, visitors, youth, and children are welcome to attend our drive-in worship services. Please use your best discretion to decide whether it is safe enough for you to attend.
  3. If you have tested positive for COVID-19 within the past two weeks, have had COVID-19 symptoms within the past two weeks, or come into contact with somebody else who has tested positive or had COVID-19 symptoms within the past two weeks, please do not attend! Please stay home!
  4. Please park in every other parking space. Please do not park directly next to another vehicle. Do not park in a handicapped parking space unless you or another vehicle occupant qualify to do so. However, you may ignore other parking restriction signs such as signs restricting spaces for visitors.
  5. You may listen to the service on 88.5 FM through your vehicle’s radio or a portable radio.
  6. If you have a mobile electronic device, you may also watch and listen to the service on YouTube using your own data plan. The YouTube livestream and the radio broadcast may not be in sync.
  7. Do not try to connect to UUFR’s wi-fi networks. We do not have enough capacity for a large number of people to use our wi-fi networks to stream our worship service.
  8. Don’t keep your car engine running. In most vehicles, you can listen to the radio for more than an hour without draining your battery. Dress warmly enough so you don’t need to keep your heater running.
  9. If you stay in your car and keep your windows closed, feel free to remove your mask.
  10.  If you roll down your windows or exit your vehicle, please wear a mask and maintain a distance of at least six feet from anybody who is not a member of your household. Please wear a mask and practice social distancing regardless of whether you have received any vaccinations for COVID-19. Children under the age of two do not need to wear a mask. Children over the age of two should wear a mask.
  11. Feel free to bring a lawn chair and sit outside your vehicle or elsewhere on the UUFR grounds or walk around and mingle safely with other people during the worship service or during social hour following the worship service.
  12.  Feel free to bring a beverage or food for your own consumption or your own family’s consumption, but don’t bring food or beverages to share.
  13. You can view the order of service for this week’s service at www.uufr.org/orderofservice .
  14. If you would like a hymnal so you can sing hymns during the service, please come to the lower-level doors to borrow one. Please return it after the service.
  15. If you would like to drop off a check for the offertory, you may do that at any time at the lower-level doors.
  16. You may enter the UUFR main building (Fellowship Hall), to use the bathrooms. You may only enter on the lower level and you may only use the bathrooms on the lower level.
  17. When entering the building, please follow our safety protocols. (1) Wear a mask, (2) sanitize your hands, and (3) check your temperature. If your temperature is above 100.4,  leave the building.
  18. For your safety and the safety of others, please do not enter or congregate with others in any other areas of the main building, including the office area, the kitchen, Founder’s Hall, the Library, the Teen Cave, the Music Room, the Wiggle Room, or the Sanctuary.
  19.  Please do not enter Peace Hall yet. It is under construction.
  20. If you are a parent of children or youth, you are responsible for supervising your children or youth at all times and making sure they follow all safety protocols. At your discretion, they may use the playground equipment.
  21. This is not YouTube or Zoom. Remember to wear pants. (A skirt or a kilt would also be okay.) Remember it is not necessary to unmute yourself or to ask others to unmute themselves before talking to them.
  22. Please be patient with us and with one another as we experiment with this. If you have questions, comments, suggestions, or constructive criticisms, please contact Rev. James at [email protected] .
