Middle School Youth Group activities reflect the Five Components of Balanced Youth Group Programming, a program adapted from theYouth Advisors' Handbook, by Shell Tain, published by the UUA. The five components in this program are worship, community building, social action, learning, and leadership. The group plans activities and social events with these elements in mind.
Worship - A time and place to share YRUU spirituality and caring with the larger community.
- Opportunities to be involved in planning regular Sunday services or other worship experiences
Community Building - A time to share our liberal religious values by getting to know one another.
