Wellspring is a series of classes offered every Wednesday evening at 7 p.m. from September to May. Its mission is to bring people of all ages and interests together in small groups to learn about a variety of topics and enjoy each other’s company. Wellspring is open to all, and with few exceptions, there is no cost to attend and no need to sign up in advance. Please join us – and feel free to bring a guest!


Self-Esteem (part 2 of 4) — This program focuses on building and maintaining positive self-esteem. Week 2:  Discuss and practice contemplation. Explore journal writing with prompts. Each session will stand alone, and all sessions can be taken.

January 16th: Reaching Across Our Political Divides (part 2 of 2) — Participants from the January 9th meeting and those who engaged in or observed dialogue between January 9th and 15th can share their experiences of conversing with the political “other”. We will talk about what we learned about our political others, what processes worked in making the conversations go well.

The Wi$dom Path (Part 3 of 5) — A UUA course which builds awareness of participants’ awareness of their own “money story” and explores attitudes and experiences with money.  Explore the ways in which money connects us with others, including issues of classism and economic justice, as well as congregational life.
