Get insight into the impact your digital choices can have on your body, mind, and relationships. Learn strategies for a more balanced, intentional relationship with technology. An overview of tools, from apps and phone settings, to cognitive behavioral psychology techniques, will benefit both young adults and parents. This session of Wellspring is led by Kaitlin Phillips.
