Parking at UUFR

UUFR has upper and lower parking lots with marked spaces and some reserved spaces for the handicapped and for visitors. Please park in marked spaces only so that other vehicles, including possible emergency vehicles, can pass.

If lots are full, you may park on adjacent streets – Dogwood, Cherry, and Beaver Dam. (See map.) In order not to block our neighborhood’s streets, we ask you to please park on the west side of Dogwood (farthest from church) and the north side of Cherry (nearest to Wade Ave). Also, please never park in front of a neighbor’s driveway.

UUFR encourages those who are able to park on these side streets, leaving on-site spaces for older attendees, those with young children, and those who have difficulty walking.

Carpooling

UUFR also encourages carpooling. During January, at coffee hour after the service, you may conduct a computer search to determine if other UUFR attendees live near you. You can contact that person or persons to create a carpool. Our goal is to have at least two persons per car in 2007. Freeing up 10 to 20 parking spaces in our lots or on the street will make a big difference on Sunday.
