I began a 2 year term as UUFR Treasurer and Board member on July 1, 20202. Prior to joining the UUFR Board, I had been active in congregational life at UUFR including Finance Committee, Well Spring, Denominational Affairs, Stewardship Committee, Generosity Campaign, as well as other social and fund raising activities.

My wife Nancy and I joined UUFR in 2015 after moving to the Raleigh area to be near some of our grandchildren.  Before coming to UUFR, we were UU members at three previous Unitarian Universalist churches in Indianapolis and Cleveland.

I am retired and have been devoting much of my time to helping raise two grandkids who live in Holly Springs.  I retired from a career in I.T., most of which was spent in management and project control.

My early life growing up was all spent in Ohio.  After high school, I attended several universities, culminating in a Masters degree in Computer Science from the Ohio State University.

My wife and I have two children and three grandchildren.  We live in a condo in Cary, North Carolina.
