Rev. Terill is usually at UUFR on Sunday mornings and early afternoons and is available for appointments upon request.


Rev. Terrill facilitates the middle and high school youth groups at the Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of Raleigh and helps facilitate youth participation in other parts of the congregation.

More About Rev. Terrill

A native of Durham, North Carolina, Rev. Terrill is a graduate of North Carolina Central University and Shaw University Divinity School. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (Finance) and a Master of Divinity. He was ordained to the ministry in the American Baptist tradition in February 2017, and is very sympathetic to the values and beliefs of Unitarian Universalism. He firmly believes that there is a seat for everyone at the Divine table and in the humane and fair treatment of all creation.

Before coming to UUFR, Rev. Terrill served as the Director of Children and Family Ministry for the Good Shepherd-Episcopal Church in Raleigh, North Carolina.

Rev. Terrill has a growing interest in children and youth within congregations and is excited to be a part of the UUFR staff. His previous ministry work has focused on bridging the generational gap in congregations while creating innovative ways to communicate inclusive love and encouraging the personal development of faith rooted in curiosity, exploration, and thought in all generations. He is an affirming minister seeking to use his voice and faith to advocate for the voiceless and marginalized.

Rev. Terrill loves family, community, cooking, music, reading, and art. His pronouns are He/Him/His.
