Social Action – an important way for YRUUers to put hands and feet on our principles while having fun |
- A rock concert where proceeds go to charity (or towards youth in need)
- A rock-a-thon where they take sponsors to see how long one can rock in a rocking chair while watching movies
- Car washes (during non-drought restriction times)
- Habitat for Humanity (need to consider minimum age restrictions)
- Meals on Wheels
- Teens for Hire (mowing, planting, small odd-jobs, etc.)
- Gleaning of the Fields
- Convalescent Home (gardening)
- Food drives
- Source Force
- Summer lunches for kids

- Youth Adult Council (YAC) – Youth Representative (attends YREC meetings)
